Basmati price rise

ఇరాన్ దేశం బాసుమతి  దిగుమతుల మీద  పెట్టిన నిషేదాన్ని  ఎత్తివేసిన నేపధ్యం లో  దేశీయ మార్కెట్ లో బాసుమతి ధాన్యం ధరలు  ఒక 20 రోజుల కింద ఉన్నధరలతో పోలిస్తే  దాదాపు రెట్టింపు అయ్యాయి ..
ఇప్పటికే చాలా మంది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్  మరియు తెలంగాణా లో ఉన్న రైతు సోదరులు  తమ వద్ద ఉన్న బాసుమతి ధాన్యాన్ని అతితక్కువ ధరలకు అమ్ముకున్నారు , ఇంకా ధాన్యంనిలువ ఉన్న రైతులు  ధరలను తెలుసుకుని  తగిన విధంగా అమ్ముకోగలరు

The price of popular basmati variety PUSA 1121 has risen to Rs 3,100 per quintal as opposed to Rs 1,300 early this month. The price of 1509 variety also jumped to Rs 1,800 a quintal. “What good is the price rise now when more than 90% farmers have disposed of their crop. They do not have the capacity to store it for selling it when the price is better,” said Kokri.
